Excellent tips! As a member of your coaching program, I am living proof that what you are teaching REALLY works! When the market shifted, I spent 2 years utilizing “traditional” marketing strategies. After that time, I was out of money and just about out of business! I HAD to learn – and learn quickly! – how to utilize the FREE social media tools you teach to rebuild my career.
Since then, I have been able to re-energize my existing clients. I just returned from a week’s vacation and had 4-5 clients call ME. I have also added nearly 60 new names to my database just in the last 90 days. And all by spending my time on-line and on the social media sites you directed us to.
I can’t thank you enough, Neil. I am in business today because of you. Keep up the good work!

You are so right! For years real estate agents have thrown thousands of dollars at marketing materials that didn’t really work – but now, with the Internet, a beginning agent with limited financial resources can compete successfully with “the big kids.”
A little skill, a little time, and dedication will do wonders.
